[Hiring] MCAT Tutor @Leland

Role Description

Leland is seeking an experienced MCAT tutor to work with students preparing for the exam across:

• Biological and Biochemical Foundations of Living Systems
• Chemical and Physical Foundations of Biological Systems
• Psychological, Social, and Biological Foundations of Behavior
• Critical Analysis and Reasoning Skills

This role includes:

• Assessing each student's starting point
• Creating a tailored study plan
• Teaching core concepts and test prep strategy
• Helping students build accuracy, pacing, and confidence leading up to test day

Ideal candidates have:

• A strong MCAT score (typically 90th percentile+)
• Prior tutoring or teaching experience
• A clear, structured approach to breaking down complex problems

Tutors set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every student.
