Role Description

Leland is seeking an experienced Executive Assessment tutor to work with students preparing for the exam across Integrated Reasoning and Analytical Writing sections. This role includes:

• Assessing each student's starting point
• Creating a tailored study plan
• Teaching core concepts and test prep strategy
• Helping students build accuracy, clarity, and confidence leading up to test day

Ideal candidates have:

• A strong Executive Assessment or GMAT score
• Prior tutoring or teaching experience
• A clear, structured approach to breaking down complex problems

Tutors set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every student.
