Role Description

Gartner for Chief Human Resource Officers (CHRO) is growing rapidly and is looking to hire an Executive Advisor focused on Member Acquisition.

Gartner for CHRO helps HR Executives to navigate the opportunities, challenges, and priorities facing HR today. We advise top CHROs on how to:

• Develop strategies and plans to build the workforce of the future
• Lead organizational initiatives and advise the C-Suite and Board of Directors
• Transform the HR Function and the organization it serves
• Drive employer differentiation to attract and retain talent

The Member Acquisition role will be responsible for growing the Gartner for CHRO business by partnering with the Executive Partner CHRO team and Sales to identify, engage, and demonstrate the value of Gartner for CHRO to prospective CHROs and other Senior HR executives.

This role will provide some direct client support, but primarily focus on helping to shape and manage our prospect pipeline and demonstrate the value of our service to prospective CHROs and their teams via Proof of Concept (POC).

What you will do:

• Engage with CHROs from the world’s leading companies and organizations and make Gartner come alive for them.
• Educate and support Sales on new business opportunities.
• Act as a coach to the Sales Team to help qualify and engage new and current clients and to educate them on the value proposition of the CHRO service.
• Actively participate in the strategic account planning process to determine growth opportunities.
• Conduct Proof of Concept Calls, and help to prepare Service Kick-Offs.
• Partner with the Executive Partner for CHRO Team, Sales, Marketing, and Research to develop and engage in the CHRO go-to-market strategy.
• Provide POC reporting; conversion rates, continuous improvement programs, and insights as it relates to CHRO growth activities.

Qualifications

• 20+ years working in a senior management role in an HR capacity and 5+ years as a CHRO or equivalent
• In-depth understanding of all aspects of the HR function
• A history of coaching, presenting, and collaborating at a senior level (C-level and Board highly preferable)
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree required; Masters preferred
