What You'll Be Doing:

• Design, develop, and maintain instructional design material related to clinical trainings, including computer-based learning modules, training manuals, exercises, competency assessment and testing, in support of the employee roles and job functions.
• Utilize adult learning principles to create engaging, accessible, and interactive training content.
• Evaluate and make recommendations regarding training material, training modality (i.e., eLearning, instructor-led programs, blended learning options, job aids), and methodology.
• Integrate various multimedia elements such as graphics, audio, video and interactive components in training materials.
• Collaborate with clinical operations subject matter experts to identify learning needs, training objectives and instruct design to develop specifications for content of courses.
• Design and apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness. Implement recommendations based on assessment.
• Track, analyze and report on training outcomes to cross-functional teams based on organizational need.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in relevant field such as education, human resources, organizational development, instructional design, public health, drug development, clinical trial management.
• Prior experience developing and delivering training in a variety of settings including small/large groups, classroom, online, etc.
• Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts highly preferred.
• Ability to develop and deliver effective application/systems training programs strongly preferred.
• Previous experience in clinical research highly prioritized.
• Proven working experience in instructional design and with instructional technology (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, Camtasia, Articulate, Adobe Storyline) highly preferred.

• The annualized starting base pay for this role is $75,000 USD.
• The actual salary will be influenced based on a variety of factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
