Role Description

Join BrainStorm’s award-winning Learning Experience (LX) team in a part-time role where you will use AI and the latest digital tools to create learning experiences for millions of users at thousands of leading companies.

• Work AI-first, directing AI agents and modern digital tools to research, draft, design, analyze, and accelerate the work—while applying your own judgment, creativity, and quality standards to the results.
• Guide learning content from concept through launch, sometimes creating key pieces yourself and often orchestrating AI tools, designers, and producers to shape the approach and bring the experience to life.
• Evaluate existing content for accuracy, relevance, quality, and intended behavior impact, then use feedback and experimentation to strengthen what works.
• Collaborate across Learning Experience and the broader business, contributing ideas, sharing context, applying BrainStorm’s voice and standards, and keeping work moving through clear, proactive communication.

Requirements

• This is a part-time position with an expected commitment of 20–29 hours per week.
• For Utah-based employees, this role will work out of BrainStorm’s American Fork, Utah, office.
