Role Description
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing music videos, vlog-style content, behind-the-scenes (BTS) footage, and YouTube videos while ensuring high-quality production.
- Edit and assemble music videos, vlogs, BTS footage, and YouTube content with a strong focus on storytelling and engagement.
- Use Adobe After Effects and other editing software to add motion graphics, animations, and effects.
- Apply color grading and correction to enhance video aesthetics.
- Adjust and fade music smoothly to match video transitions and pacing.
- Sync audio and video, ensuring high-quality output.
- Implement creative transitions, effects, and visual enhancements to improve content engagement.
- Collaborate with content creators and production teams to align with brand and artistic vision.
- Manage and organize raw footage, project files, and final exports efficiently.
- Keep up with current video editing trends, techniques, and tools.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing work in music videos, vlogs, BTS, and YouTube content.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
- Experience with motion graphics and animation.
- Strong skills in color grading and music/audio editing.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset with the ability to bring ideas to life visually.
- Familiarity with YouTube and social media video formats and trends.
Requirements
- Experience working with artists, vloggers, and content creators.
- Knowledge of cinematography and lighting techniques.
- Understanding of storytelling and pacing in video editing.
