Role Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Real Estate Leasing and Social Media Coordinator. This dual role combines apartment leasing coordination and social media management for our real estate business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for prospective tenants.
  • Schedule apartment showings and follow up with tenants to ensure smooth scheduling and communication.
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Manage and update social media accounts with relevant real estate content (photos, videos, listings, etc.).
  • Create engaging posts to attract potential tenants and grow our online presence.
  • Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments or inquiries.

Qualifications

  • Excellent English accent for clear and professional communication.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Excel and basic computer programs (Google Docs, Microsoft Office, etc.).
  • Comfortable working remotely and handling tasks independently.
  • Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) is a plus.
  • Prior experience in real estate leasing or property management is a bonus but not required.

Requirements

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST.
