Role Description

We are looking for a friendly and persuasive Recruiter to join our team. If you have a passion for connecting with people and are a native Spanish speaker, we want to hear from you!

Contact a database of thousands of nurses to identify those looking for job opportunities.
Build rapport and establish a friendly, trustworthy relationship with potential candidates.
Persuade nurses who may already have a job to consider working for our company.
Communicate the benefits and opportunities available at our medical facility.
Ensure that candidates feel understood and valued during the recruitment process.
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
Maintain accurate records of all communications and candidate information.

Qualifications

Proven experience in recruitment or a similar role.
Native Spanish speaker with excellent communication skills.
Friendly, approachable, and persuasive personality.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
