[Hiring] UX Researcher @6sense

Role Description

As a UX Researcher II at 6sense, you will help make self-serve research trustworthy and help it grow. You will:

• Coach partners and triage requests by the risk of the decision at stake.
• Build safeguards for AI-assisted research.
• Run focused studies where a researcher adds the most value.
• Work in fast sprint cycles with product management, product design, content design, engineering, analytics, and R&D Operations.
• Bring clarity to work through well-framed questions, organized operations, and findings told as clear, honest stories.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of UX research experience in a product development environment, ideally B2B SaaS or other complex products.
• Excellent reading, writing, and speaking skills.
• Proven experience collaborating with product managers, designers, and engineers.
• Working knowledge of usability and mixed methods.
• Experience using AI tools in research.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using industry-standard UX research tools, like Great Question, UserTesting, Dovetail, Qualtrics, Pendo.
• Exposure to B2B marketing, sales, or martech products.

• Proficiency in survey design, including question wording and response scales.
