Role Description
UX Researcher with a duration of 1+ years, working remotely.
Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in UX Research, including:
-
Conducting primary and secondary user research

Evaluating quantitative and qualitative research
-
Performing market and ethnographic research
-
Working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate research topics
-
Planning and implementing user research strategies and methodologies
-
Advocating research findings to diverse audiences through written and oral presentations
-
Mentoring and coaching junior UX researchers
-
Performing usability studies with consumers
-
Asking questions, gathering data, and analyzing data
-
Using a diverse set of UX research tools
-
At least 3 years of experience in User Acceptance Testing, including:
-
Building and running tests (ideally automated)
-
Discovering problems during service development
-
Validating test results in the operating environment
-
Increasing user and agency confidence in service delivery
-
Reducing the risk of reputational damage
-
Recruiting and leading testing groups
-
Running research sessions with users
-
Understanding accessibility issues
-
At least 3 years of experience with Digital Platforms, Tools, & Discipline, including:
-
Working with enterprise scale digital platforms and products
-
Using productivity and analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Google Analytics, Git Repository, MS Teams, Confluence)
-
At least 3 years of experience in Performance in Complex Situations, including:
-
Communication and collaboration with state-wide partners
-
Encouraging an interactive and customer-focused work environment
-
Comfort in ambiguous work environments

Judgment fitting to an ever-changing environment

Government-specific task management
