Role Description

As a UX Research Executive, you will be the engine room of our end-to-end research execution. You will work across the full lifecycle of complex, multi-market studies, ensuring our projects run smoothly from initial setup through to delivery. Key Responsibilities & Research Operations

• End-to-End Project Support:
  • Participate actively across the entire life of mixed-methods user research studies, encompassing both qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
• Analysis & Reporting:
  • Collaborate with senior team members to synthesize data and uncover core trends.
  • Actively support the development of client-ready reports, helping to turn diverse data points into clear product narratives.
• Research Quality & Coordination:
  • Support the smooth running of project timelines, coordinate fieldwork alignment, and maintain data integrity throughout the study lifecycle.
• Ecosystem Collaboration:
  • Partner closely with internal Senior Researchers, Ipsos’ enabling services, and external vendor partners to ensure seamless execution and project alignment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in user experience research, design research, or specialized market insights roles, looking to grow in the tech and product space.
• A solid baseline in core research fundamentals (spanning both qualitative and quantitative approaches) that can be readily applied to digital product testing.
• Highly proactive, resourceful, and agile—comfortable navigating ambiguity and finding creative, high-quality paths forward when projects pivot rapidly.
• Driven by an inherent sense of curiosity—one of Ipsos' core values—and a genuine enthusiasm for user-centric digital design within a dynamic team environment.
