[Hiring] Gift Design Knot Wrap Competition @Lush

Role Description

Calling all wonderful creatives across Lush to have the opportunity to submit a final design for our Global Knot Wrap Competition. Shortlisted candidates and winners will be invited to join our Gifts Design Talent Pool. Winners will receive a cash prize of £1000.

We invite you to design a Knot Wrap for our 2027 all year round knot wrap collection. Please note we do not want to receive product suggestions - we are looking for a design only.

Timeline & Important Dates

• Final design submission - 30th October 2026
• Final knot wrap sign-off process is TBC.
• Final developed designs aren't guaranteed to be signed off for the final collection.
• If you’re on a temporary contract, please confirm that your availability covers the full period needed to finalize your designs before the deadline.

Project Deliverables

• Please submit one finalized knot wrap design.
• Your artwork should be supplied as print-ready as possible, using the following specifications:
  • Finished size: 70 × 70 cm
  • Bleed: 6 mm on all sides
  • Colour: CMYK or Pantone, maximum of 8 Pantone colours.
  • Preferred file format: Adobe Illustrator (.AI) or Adobe Photoshop (.PSD)
  • Raster artwork: High enough resolution for print at the final size (300DPI)
  • Vector artwork: Keep artwork as editable vector elements where possible
  • Fonts: Ensure fonts are available in the Adobe font suite or provide proof they are 100% free for commercial use.
• Your name and team/location, your employer (e.g., Lush Limited, or Cosmetic Warriors)
• A short description of your design and the inspiration behind it.
• Optional: Include a mock-up showing how your knot wrap could look when printed or wrapped around a gift.
• Please send final design submission via compressed ZIP file in your application.
