Your role in our mission

• Code, test, debug, implement, and document moderately complex programs
• Analyze, design, and write specs and requirements from which we develop and code programs
• Evaluate existing systems and programs; assist project manager in assigning tasks and work closely with a team
• Liaise with clients and management to provide technical consulting on complex programming projects, validate program requirements, and resolve issues that arise
• Develop test plans and participate in QA activities such as coding reviews
• Participate as a member of a development team and lead a small sub-team of developers as needed
• Design system components and delegate responsibilities to team members

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in applications development, UI development and programming using .NET, C# and Oracle
• 4+ years of applications development and support experience with all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle
• Prior interChange MMIS experience is highly valued
• Experience with the following:
• C#
• .NET
• Oracle
• SQL / PLSQL
• HTML
• JavaScript
• jQuery
• Web Service Development

Requirements

• Remote within the US with occasional travel may be required
• Opportunities to travel through your work (0-10%)
• This position is expected to work primarily during Wisconsin Account core business hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Central Time, unless otherwise coordinated
• Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation

• The pay range for this position is $58,200.00 - $83,200.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
