• Expertise in Kubernetes and AI/ML platforms (e.g., Kubeflow, Ray, MLflow).
• Passion for emerging technologies, next-generation cloud strategies, and AI infrastructure.
• Strong ability to define direction, take ownership, and drive innovation in a rapidly evolving landscape.
• Hands-on experience with cloud automation, DevOps, and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Helm).
• Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence both engineers and executives.
• Experience in pre-sales, solutions architecture, or professional services with a consultative approach.

Requirements

• Lead visionary discussions with customers, helping them navigate new and evolving open source technologies.
• Define and shape the direction of Mirantis’ solutions, working closely with colleagues and leaders across the company to align with our strategy.
• Build relationships with both technical and business audiences, translating emerging technologies into actionable strategies.
• Design, implement, optimize, and troubleshoot cloud-native and AI/ML workloads in Kubernetes and public cloud environments.
• Help customers scale infrastructure, modernize application architectures, and adopt next-generation AI and cloud solutions.
• Deliver workshops, training, and enablement programs to accelerate customer adoption of new and emerging technologies.
• Engage with open source communities, contribute to projects, and advocate for customer needs in upstream development.

Benefits

• Work in a global, collaborative, remote-first culture that rewards initiative and execution.
• Play a pivotal role in shaping the next era of cloud and AI modernization.
• Manage high-impact enterprise accounts with immediate opportunity for growth.
• Work with exceptionally passionate, talented, and engaging colleagues, helping Fortune 500 and Global 2000 customers implement next-generation cloud technologies.
• Be a part of cutting-edge, open-source innovation.
• Thrive in the high-energy environment of a young company where openness, collaboration, risk-taking, and continuous growth are valued.
• Attend conferences and working groups.
• Customized workstation (macOS, Windows).
• Professional development and training.
• Competitive compensation, performance incentives, and opportunities for advancement.
