Additionally, you should take charge of holistic visualization and future outlook, displaying adeptness in leading complex projects autonomously.

Qualifications

Strong craft in product and interaction design, with proven experience building digital products, particularly in mobile applications.

Leadership maturity, combining strategic alignment with a strong desire and repertoire to stay hands-on.

Proactive, autonomous, and highly organized, recognized for clear and structured communication.

Exceptional prototyping skills, rapidly visualizing and exploring multiple product design directions according to hypotheses.

Track record working in the entire product development process, from problem-framing through to detailed UI and visual design.

World-class portfolio, with a track record of designing and shipping industry-leading digital products.

Experience running workshops and facilitating co-creation sessions.

Experience presenting design work to senior stakeholders (C-level).

Knowledge & experience in user psychology, research methodology, and usage data.

Fluent English skills (verbal and written) are mandatory.

Experience on projects using AI (desirable).
