Role Description
The Senior Multimedia Designer will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our visual design, from concept to execution. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in multimedia design, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating impactful visuals that drive results. You will be instrumental in shaping the visual identity of Freedom Property Investor and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
- Creative Leadership: Take ownership of the design workflow, ensuring smooth execution from brief to final delivery.
- Process Improvement: Establish clear systems for briefing, revisions, and approvals to streamline team efficiency.
- Design Execution: Create compelling ad creatives, funnel designs, and website designs using Figma and Adobe Suite.
- Team Mentorship: Guide and support junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing manager to understand campaign goals and translate them into effective visuals.
- Project Management: Ensure deadlines are met, revisions are limited, and all feedback is implemented effectively.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain high design standards and ensure all creative aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Deliverable Communication: Keep stakeholders informed throughout all stages of deliverables.
Qualifications
- Min. 5+ years in multimedia design, with a strong portfolio showcasing ad creatives, website designs, and branding work.
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma.
- Proven experience leading a design team/marketing team or stepping up to improve team workflows.
- Ability to present ideas, give feedback constructively, and work collaboratively with marketing stakeholders.
- Ability to juggle multiple deadlines, set priorities, and proactively problem-solve.
- Alignment with core team values: Accountability and extreme ownership, Grit, Brutal honesty, and High performance.
- Experience working with a Business Manager and understanding what creatives work best within an ad account.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle ad-hoc projects while maintaining a process drive.

- Camera: HD Webcam (720p)
- Headset: Noise cancelling (preferably)
- Internet Speed: 50 Mbps - minimum
Benefits
- Base range: 80,000 - 100,000 Php per Month (based on experience)
