Role Description
We are looking for hard-working, hungry & self-motivated Mortgage Brokers to join our growing team!
- Gathering information and documents from the client (such as their assets, salaries, debts, and employment status to fill in information for the loan application)
- Setting up files and saving supporting documents in line with our procedures
- Timely and accurate input of customer applications into the CRM and completing Apply Online (AOL) submission
- Prepare application forms, Client needs Analysis, other NCCP documents, Discharge Authority forms, and FHOG forms
- Ability to check and understand credit reports
- Submit pricing discount requests via lender/broker portals
- Submit valuation requests of the property to different lenders by using their website portals
- Following up on applications to the banks and responding to the outstanding needs
- Closing settled applications, ensuring key compliance measures are met and documented for audit
- Ensuring compliance with all company and regulatory guidelines
- Professionally, effectively, and efficiently deal with internal and external clients' concerns
Qualifications
- Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking or Diploma in Mortgage Broking
- 3+ years of experience in the mortgage broking industry
- 3+ years of experience in the residential property investment field is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal
- Strong focus on customer service and a high level of professionalism
- Pays high attention to detail and accuracy
- Personable, result-driven and growth-focused
- Ability to work independently and also as part of a team
- Active property investors are highly regarded, but not necessary
Requirements
- Commission-only role with a negotiable retainer for the right applicant
- Access to a high volume of high-quality residential leads provided by the company
- Logistics, Infrastructure, IT - Support, CRM platforms, Mentorship & training provided by Freedom
- Retainer fees in the first 6 months for the right candidates
