Role Description
Freedom Property Investors is seeking a highly motivated, self-driven, and analytical Senior Business Analyst with Managerial Skills to join our growing Business Intelligence (BI) department. In this role, you will play a key part in cross-collaborating with different stakeholders to understand business and develop project/process management strategies to increase the efficiency of the teams and processes.
- Partner with stakeholders across various departments (e.g., Acquisitions, Property Management, Leasing, etc.) to understand the processes and their data needs.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into clear technical requirements.
- Lead or co-lead small to mid-sized business analysis projects specific to Freedom Property Investors' operations.
- Collaborate with the data/data engineering team to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within real estate data.
- Present project management strategies and plans to be implemented by closely monitoring the company's systems and processes.
- Communicate complex data findings in a clear, concise, and visually appealing manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest BI trends and technologies, recommending and implementing improvements.
- Adhere to data standards, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and data governance.
Qualifications
- A Master's degree in Business Administration is required; Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field is a plus.
- 4+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst or similar role with a focus on driving the business forward, Business Intelligence, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify business problems and get to the root cause within the real estate data and operational data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor communication to different audiences.
- Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation techniques & data governance principles.
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Looker Studio) & strong in data visualization.
- Understanding of real estate metrics and financial analysis is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Benefits
- Salary ranges from 110,000 - 160,000 INR / Month (based on experience)
- 28 days of paid leaves in a year
