Role Description

Join CI Games and be part of shaping the future of gaming. As we embark on an ambitious strategic roadmap with major releases planned for 2026-2028, we're seeking a talented and dedicated Senior Cinematic Animator to help us create ground-breaking experiences that captivate players worldwide.

• Animate characters and props for cinematic sequences with a focus on high-energy action and storytelling.
• Use Maya to create, refine, and polish animation before integration into Unreal Engine.
• Collaborate with cinematic artists to choreograph action-driven, cinematic moments that emphasize clarity and drama.
• Apply technical animation skills, including rigging, skinning characters/props for cinematic use, and cleaning up motion capture data.
• Troubleshoot and optimize animation pipelines between Maya and Unreal Engine.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Character Animation for Games or Film with a focus on Cinematic work.
• Expert-level proficiency in Autodesk Maya and Unreal Engine.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality cinematic animation work.
• Experience with motion capture cleanup and implementation.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and contribute to a fast-paced production environment.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Based in Spain.
