Role Description
This role involves improving the platform experience for both internal and external customers. You will apply systems thinking and human-centered design to build intuitive, scalable solutions.
- Design intuitive, accessible user interfaces for our digital accessibility products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and build design solutions.
- Contribute to and evolve our design system for consistency and scalability.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and refine designs.
- Support both short- and long-term design strategies across the product lifecycle.
- Provide design reviews and mentor other designers.
- Analyze existing products and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience designing digital tools (web apps, native apps, plugins, etc.).
- 2+ years of experience working with and contributing to design systems.
- Strong ability to use data to inform design decisions.
- Experience collaborating with product managers in agile environments.
- Expertise in design discovery and problem framing.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of UX research practices and experience with unmoderated user testing tools like Maze.
Requirements
- Experience in growth design (Nice to Have).
- Deep understanding of design principles and usability practices (Nice to Have).
- Knowledge of digital accessibility standards (Nice to Have).
