Role Description

We're looking for experienced Freelance Motion Designers to join our Creative Production team and help us create high-performing advertising creatives for our products. This is a remote freelance opportunity with flexible working hours (20+ hours per week), ideal for designers who enjoy creating performance marketing creatives, experimenting with AI tools, and delivering high-quality results.

• Create engaging video and static advertising creatives for Meta and Google Ads.
• Produce creatives based on provided briefs, references, and guidelines.
• Generate visual assets using AI video-generation tools and integrate them into final creatives.
• Edit and assemble advertising videos using Adobe After Effects.
• Adapt and iterate creatives for different advertising formats and placements.
• Manage multiple creative tasks while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in motion design (strong portfolios with less experience are also welcome).
• Hands-on experience creating performance marketing creatives for paid social advertising.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
• Practical experience with AI video-generation tools and the ability to generate assets independently.
• Ability to produce complete advertising creatives from brief to final delivery.
• Understanding of social media advertising formats, visual trends, and performance marketing principles.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
