- Create high-quality visual motion projects consistently.
- Determine the layout and placement of text and visual elements to enhance storytelling.
- Develop assets based on project briefs, ensuring alignment with objectives.
- Review final designs and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with the design team to maintain company standards and creative direction.
- Ensure brand consistency across all motion graphics projects.
Qualifications
- Native or fluent in Spanish and English (C1 level), with strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Proven expertise in conceptualizing, developing, and executing motion design projects.
- Experience designing and producing both print and digital graphic pieces, including banners, cards, brochures, and social media assets.
- Strong proficiency in graphic design tools and software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Solid understanding of graphic design principles to enhance visual communication.
- Highly creative mindset with a strong ability to innovate and think outside the box.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-quality work.
- Adaptable, open-minded, and a cooperative team player.
