[Hiring] Lead UX Designer @DivIHN Integration

Role Description

Lead UX Designer for healthcare provider experiences across prescription CGM products.

• Lead end-to-end design from problem framing to delivery.
• Build understanding of provider workflows including:
  • Patient onboarding
  • Glucose data review
  • Clinical follow-up
  • Treatment decision support
  • Therapy adjustments
  • Coordination across care settings
• Translate continuous glucose data into actionable provider experiences.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define user needs and requirements.
• Plan and support provider research and usability testing.
• Facilitate workshops and present recommendations to teams and leadership.
• Mentor designers and contribute to a culture of design excellence.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of UX or product design experience.
• Prior experience as a Senior or Lead UX Designer.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong end-to-end UX design process.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience designing mobile app experiences.
• Proficient with modern design tools including Figma.

Requirements

• Experience with regulated medical device software.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Experience designing for healthcare professionals and clinical workflows.
• Strong portfolio evidence of translating complex health data.
