Role Description

You’ll turn campaign briefs into distinctive, on-brand advertising creative that helps people understand an offer and take action. We’re adding this role to expand creative production and testing across paid social and display campaigns. Working alongside marketing colleagues, you’ll own the design process from initial concepts through final assets, using campaign feedback to guide improvements. Expect a hands-on balance of original ideas and thoughtful iteration: the work includes exploring new directions and refining the details that make an ad effective.

Responsibilities

• Translate campaign briefs into visual concepts with a clear audience, offer, and call to action.
• Create polished ad designs that balance brand consistency with the needs of each campaign.
• Develop distinct creative variations that help marketing test different imagery, layouts, and messaging approaches.
• Adapt approved concepts across ad sizes and placements while preserving readability and visual impact.
• Use campaign results and stakeholder feedback to improve creative and explain the reasoning behind design changes.
• Collaborate with marketing and copywriting colleagues so visuals and messaging communicate one clear idea.
• Build reusable templates and organized asset libraries that make recurring creative production more consistent.
• Deliver quality-checked exports and editable source files on agreed timelines, catching layout, copy, and formatting issues before handoff.

Qualifications

• Experience translating creative briefs and brand guidelines into finished digital assets.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, or comparable professional design tools.
• Ability to develop multiple approaches to a brief and refine your work based on constructive feedback.
• Fluent written and spoken English for clear remote collaboration.
• Reliable project organization, including clear file naming, version control, and timely communication about deadlines.

Requirements

• Motion graphics or short-form video editing skills for advertising creative.
• Experience supporting creative A/B tests and using campaign results to inform design decisions.
• Familiarity with landing page or e-commerce creative.
• Experience building reusable templates in Figma or Canva.
