Role Description

We’re looking for an AI-Driven Graphic Designer for an edtech company focused on eLearning and educational content. If you are proactive and adaptable with Midjourney and Figma, keep reading!

• Generate concepts, illustrations, and design variations with AI tools such as Midjourney, DALL·E, Firefly, and Runway
• Refine AI-generated outputs in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma for final delivery
• Design net-new creative for educational and marketing content, including social media campaigns
• Create branded templates, worksheets, and editable PDFs
• Build AI-assisted UI walkthroughs, motion graphics, and visual storytelling pieces
• Adapt screenshots, layouts, and collateral with AI-based editing tools
• Train and fine-tune AI models, or use style transfer, to match each brand’s look
• Prepare images for web, mobile, and print
• Maintain a library of AI-generated and curated visual assets
• Work with internal teams and client stakeholders to turn drafts into approved designs

Qualifications

• 2 to 5+ years of experience in graphic design or a related creative field
• A portfolio showing both traditional and AI-enhanced design work
• Proficiency in AI art generation platforms (Midjourney, DALL·E, Firefly, etc.) and prompt engineering
• Strong working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
• Strong sense of brand and identity, with the ability to keep AI outputs consistent with it
• Familiarity with social media platforms and how to optimize content for each
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Google Slides or PowerPoint
• Ability to manage several projects in parallel and meet deadlines
• Advanced English for working with the team and clients

Requirements

• Experience with AI video tools such as Runway, Pika, or Synthesia
• Experience designing eLearning or educational content
• Awareness of emerging AI tools, trends, and ethics in design
• Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field (equivalent experience works too)
