[Hiring] Graphic Designer @Miss Amara Pty

Role Description

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Creative team and help shape the look and feel of Miss Amara across every customer touchpoint. Reporting to the Art Director, you’ll design and coordinate visual content across our digital channels while producing graphics and ensuring brand consistency and contributing to the storytelling and aesthetic that defines the Miss Amara brand.

You’ll work closely with stakeholders across Marketing, Ecommerce, and B2B/Trade, playing a key role in bringing our campaigns, launches, and brand moments to life.

What You’ll Do

• Design content for digital channels including email marketing, social media, website banners, and ad campaigns, in line with Miss Amara’s brand guidelines.
• Create graphics for the wider Miss Amara group, including trade presentations, catalogues, line sheets, and wholesale/partner marketing materials.
• Edit photos across incoming content and internal shoot content.
• Support campaign rollouts by creating, resizing, and managing creative assets for Meta, Google, and Pinterest ads.
• Build, schedule, and coordinate content across our channels, ensuring assets are delivered on time and aligned with launches, promotions, and brand moments.
• Assist with photoshoot planning and post-production, including shot lists, selects, and asset organization, and maintain our content libraries (imagery, video, UGC, etc.).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Ecommerce, and B2B/Trade teams, contributing thoughtful visual choices that bring our brand storytelling and editorial tone to life.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, including content coordination or a similar role.
• Experience creating assets for digital platforms (social, email, and digital ads).
• An excellent eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy, with a genuine interest in staying on top of design trends.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• A collaborative spirit, comfortable in a fast-paced, creative environment, and always willing to contribute new ideas.
• Strong skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with familiarity in Canva a plus.
• An interest in interior design and lifestyle is a bonus.
