[Hiring] Graphic Designer @ThinkMarkets

Role Description

We are looking for a hands-on Graphic / Multimedia Designer to produce high-quality creative assets across our digital channels. You will work with our global marketing and creative teams to adapt campaign concepts into effective designs for social media, web, email, and paid media. This role suits someone who enjoys high-volume production, works accurately to brand guidelines, and can manage multiple requests at once.

• Translate master brand visuals into designs tailored to social media, web, email, and paid media.
• Produce a high volume of assets, including banners, carousels, social stills, and email creatives.
• Resize and localise static assets for different formats, markets, and languages.
• Check all work for accuracy, quality, and consistency with brand guidelines.
• Build and maintain reusable templates for recurring campaigns and requests.
• Prepare print-ready files when required.
• Support ad hoc design requests from stakeholders across teams.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of graphic design experience, with a portfolio showing digital campaign and marketing assets.
• Strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma, or equivalent design tools.
• Experience producing and adapting creative assets across multiple digital channels and formats.
• Excellent attention to detail, particularly when resizing, localising, and checking high volumes of work.
• Ability to work from a brief, manage competing deadlines, and respond constructively to feedback.
• Experience creating reusable templates and working within established brand guidelines.
• Experience in financial services, trading, fintech, or another fast-paced digital business is an advantage.

Requirements

• Full-time independent contractor role, working five days per week with our global teams.
• Open to applicants in any location who can work hours that overlap with our UAE and UK teams.
• Compensation is a fixed monthly fee.
• Contractors are entitled to public holidays in their country of residence.
• Paid annual leave, paid sick leave, and other employee benefits are not included. Any additional time off is unpaid.
