Role Description

C2's client, a full-service advertising and branding agency in Milwaukee, seeks a Graphic Designer with production skills to provide deadline-sensitive, on-demand overflow support across a diverse portfolio of client work.

This is a production execution role, not a conceptual design position. The work is deadline and volume-driven. The right candidate is independent, takes direction cleanly, manages their own time, and is transparent and clear about their availability.

• Produce high-quality design work across print, digital, and branding projects that aligns with client brand standards and marketing objectives.
• Execute day-by-day assignments with accuracy and professionalism, adapting quickly as project needs and priorities shift.
• Manage your own time and deliverables independently within established deadlines.
• Collaborate with the team via Slack, Box, and Wrike throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design and production work across print, digital, and branding.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and deliver without hand-holding.
• Flexibility to take direction quickly and adapt to shifting project priorities and last-minute assignments.
• Availability during standard business hours, 9 am to 5 pm CST once committed to a project.

Requirements

• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: On-demand, project-based contract; part-time with variable hours; ongoing as work requires.
• Location: Remote, once committed, availability during standard business hours (9 am to 5 pm CST) is preferred.
• Compensation: $35–$40/hour, commensurate with experience, as a W2 employee of C2.
• Technology: Talent must provide their own hardware and software unless otherwise indicated per project.
