Role Description
This is a full-time, hands-on role that blends conceptual work, client communications, and routine production design. You'll develop concepts, present ideas, solve design problems, and execute the work yourself.

Develop creative concepts and visual approaches for THINKINK clients and the THINKINK brand.

Translate business objectives, communications strategies, research, and complex B2B subject matter into a clear visual approach.

Personally design high-quality B2B marketing and communications materials from concept through final delivery.

Create reports, white papers, research pieces, infographics, and other long-form thought-leadership assets.

Create and evolve visual identities, brand guides, templates, and design systems.

Design websites, landing pages, and images with responsive behavior in mind from the beginning.

Create prototypes, mockups, and/or other layouts that work effectively across desktop, tablet, and mobile.

Apply sound principles of information hierarchy, usability, and user experience to digital work.

Prepare organized, developer-ready files and provide clear design direction during handoff.

Build trusted relationships with clients through strong communication, reliability, and sound creative judgment.

Present concepts and explain the rationale behind creative recommendations when required.

Listen to and interpret client feedback while protecting the strategic and creative integrity of the work.

Manage multiple client assignments and competing priorities in a fast-moving agency environment.

Organize your workload, accurately track time, and communicate early when timelines or priorities need to be adjusted.

Troubleshoot routine creative and technical challenges independently and proactively seek solutions.
Qualifications

5+ years of professional design experience.

Experience working as an embedded member of an agency team.

A portfolio containing B2B marketing and communications work.

A portfolio containing digital design work, including responsive web/mobile design and imagery.

Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Strong working proficiency in Figma.

Advanced presentation design skills, particularly Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides.

Strong understanding of typography, layout, information hierarchy, color theory, and visual storytelling.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy and quality.

The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines without constant oversight.

The ability to work effectively and independently in a remote environment.

The ability to create deliverables without formal briefs or traffic micromanagement.
