Role Description
This position allows you to work from home while designing innovative architectural solutions for residential and commercial projects across the UK. You will play a crucial role in transforming client ideas into functional, aesthetically pleasing designs while adhering to relevant regulations and building codes.
- Develop and create architectural designs for various project types, ensuring alignment with client specifications
- Collaborate virtually with clients, team members, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery
- Conduct thorough research on building codes and site conditions to inform design decisions
- Prepare and present design proposals to clients, ensuring that their vision is achieved
- Utilize software tools effectively to create detailed architectural documents and 3D models
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards
- Provide technical guidance throughout the construction process to ensure design fidelity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architectural design
- Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
- In-depth knowledge of UK building codes and regulations
- Ability to work independently and manage projects remotely
- Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Proven ability to meet project deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
