Role Description
At Cosy Hauz A Ltd., we are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and controlling project costs from inception through to completion, ensuring that the project is delivered on time and within budget.
- Analyze project budgets
- Prepare accurate quantity estimates
- Negotiate with contractors and suppliers
- Maintain productive relationships with clients and site managers
- Contribute to delivering high-quality construction services while ensuring financial efficiency
Qualifications
- B.S. Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying and project management
- Proficiency in interpreting architectural and engineering drawings
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in using Estimating Software and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of building regulations and codes is an advantage

- Excellent time management and organizational capabilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
