[Hiring] Creative Lead @RZ HR Studio

Role Description

Own the creative engine behind a fast-growing DTC brand. Join a high-growth consumer health company where creative is a core driver of customer acquisition. You’ll work across DTC, eCommerce, UGC, paid social, and direct-response creative, managing agencies and building systems that consistently turn insights into high-quality creative.

Why You'll Want This Role

• Own creative production across 4 creative agencies and an in-house team
• Lead the full workflow from research and briefing to QA, feedback, testing, and learnings
• Work closely with Creative Strategists, Editors, Designers, and an Art Director
• Build repeatable systems for agency management, creative production, and performance reporting
• Make decisions using real performance signals including hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CPA, ROAS, CVR, and revenue
• High-ownership role with the opportunity to directly influence creative performance and growth

What You'll Do

• Manage creative agencies end to end, including priorities, output quality, reviews, and performance
• Run biweekly agency calls and hold partners accountable for quality and execution
• Write around 10 creative briefs per week based on research, customer insights, and performance data
• QA scripts, statics, UGC concepts, hooks, edits, landing-page ideas, and research
• Give clear, actionable creative feedback and manage the Notion workflow
• Research winning ads, customer reviews, competitors, audience pain points, hooks, and offers
• Analyze creative performance to determine what is working and what to test next
• Turn weekly learnings into clear team updates and build repeatable creative systems

Qualifications

• 4+ years in performance creative, creative production, or agency/vendor management
• Experience managing creative agencies, creators, editors, designers, or copywriters
• Strong experience briefing paid social creative, particularly Meta and TikTok
• Strong understanding of DTC/eCommerce, UGC, performance creative, and direct-response marketing
• Comfortable managing workflows in Notion or similar tools
• Ability to connect creative output to performance metrics and business results
• Excellent written and async communication skills
• Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning outcomes

Bonus If You Have

• Health, wellness, supplement, fitness, or consumer health experience
• Experience managing multiple brands or agency/vendor partners
• Experience sourcing or evaluating agencies and freelancers
• Experience creating creative reports or internal learning updates
• Familiarity with ad libraries, customer review mining, Reddit, Amazon reviews, TikTok research, and competitor analysis
