[Hiring] Articulate Storyline Producer @Mindlance

Role Description

On behalf of the Client’s Advanced Placement (AP) program, IC will provide ongoing production work for AP Capstone online professional development using Articulate Storyline 360 and other digital production tools as directed by the client.

The focus on this contractor engagement is to update approximately 40 Storyline files for professional development courses serving AP Capstone teachers. These presentations are made up of digital content designed to instruct teachers on scoring student samples for AP Seminar and AP Research and include:

• Voice over
• Screen builds synced to narration
• Integration of video excerpts

The Client will forward assignments to IC via email and IC must acknowledge and accept the assignment.

For each assignment, the IC will:

• Cut and paste content provided by the client to their approved Storyline templates and add audio narration files.
• Edit the templates as required by the content.
• Implement accessibility features (alt-text for graphics and captions for the audio) to the slideshows as directed by the client.
• Post versions of the Storyline files in web format for review by the client via Articulate Review or equivalent service as directed by the client.
• Respond to client feedback and make revisions according to deadlines set by them.
• Provide project source files (.story) for every version posted for review.
• Upon approval, provide .zip files for each presentation in accordance with the client's specifications.
• Attend virtual meetings with staff as requested.

Qualifications

• Experience with Articulate Storyline 360.
• Strong understanding of digital content production.
• Ability to implement accessibility features in digital presentations.

• Ability to meet deadlines and respond to feedback promptly.
