Role Description

We are seeking a talented and strategic Brand Designer to help develop, maintain, and evolve our visual identity across all customer touchpoints. The Brand Designer will translate our brand strategy into compelling visual experiences across digital, print, marketing, social media, presentations, advertising, packaging, and other creative materials.

This is a full-time position offering $65,000–$85,000 per year, depending on experience, portfolio quality, design expertise, and overall qualifications. Candidates with significant brand identity experience and a strong portfolio may be considered at the upper end of the compensation range.

The ideal candidate combines strong visual-design skills with an understanding of branding, typography, composition, and visual storytelling. You should be comfortable taking a project from concept through final execution while maintaining a consistent and recognizable brand identity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in brand design, graphic design, visual identity, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity and visual-design work.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to translate strategic concepts into compelling visual identities.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.

Requirements

• Experience developing complete brand identities from concept through implementation.
• Experience with Figma and other digital design tools.
• Experience with marketing, advertising, e-commerce, technology, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
• Motion graphics or basic animation experience.
• Experience creating social-media and digital advertising assets.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles.
• Experience working with brand guidelines and design systems.
• Experience directing or collaborating with photographers, illustrators, and other creative professionals.
