Role Description
We're looking for a driven, detail-obsessed art director with a creative mind and amazing taste to join our growing team. The right candidate will take an active role in shaping the visual communication for our clients, from campaigns and branding to video and social media.
- Take ownership of the account/s you work with and help push them forward creatively
- Work with other designers and writers to collaborate on projects and provide feedback and ideas
- Integral in developing brand experiences, creative content, and campaigns
- Participate in video meetings while working from anywhere with good internet

Responsibilities
- Generate clear ideas and concepts across media
- Produce sketches, storyboards, and roughs to visualize ideas
- Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience
- Take work from concept to final execution
- Present completed ideas to team members and clients
- Stay interested in advertising and culture
- Help push your team towards great work
Requirements
- 4-6 years of design/art direction experience
- Superior design and conceptual skills
- Proficient in Illustrator, Indesign, and Photoshop
- Excellent time management & organizational skills
- Self Motivated
- Experience in both digital and print
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to brainstorm in large groups and push ideas forward
- A strong portfolio of work
