Role Description
As the sole UX Researcher, this role will lead and manage all research initiatives of shopper experience, ensuring that well-structured, high-quality insights inform product and design decisions. The UX Researcher will collaborate closely with product designers, product managers, customer care, and data to align research with business goals and the end-to-end shopper experience.
- Own, standardise, evangelise and support teams with research practices
- Directly handle research activities when expertise or bandwidth is required
- Establish a framework for continuous discovery in the shopper teams
What challenges you'll be solving
- Develop and nurture structured shopper profiles, integrating qualitative and quantitative insights
- Uncover shopper needs, motivations, and behaviors to ensure product alignment with user expectations
- Establish research best practices for structured, high-quality insights
- Embed a continuous discovery process for data-backed product decisions
- Provide deeper analysis of competitor strategies and shopper segments
