• Adapt approved creative across multiple products and formats, maintaining a consistent visual standard.
• Handle a high volume of production and adaptation work, balancing quality with efficient execution and agreed deadlines.

• At least 2 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally 2–5 years in an agency or in-house creative team.
• Demonstrated strength in AI image generation, with examples of polished, commercially relevant work.
• A strong eye for contemporary lifestyle photography and product art direction, including natural lighting, believable materials and thoughtful styling.
• Strong Photoshop skills, particularly in retouching, compositing and finishing AI-generated imagery.
• Solid typography, layout and visual hierarchy skills, with an understanding of how imagery and messaging work together in e-commerce.
• An organised approach to production, attention to detail and confidence managing multiple adaptations.
