Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience designing and developing HCM reports and dashboards.
• Strong knowledge of HR/HCM data structures, statistical modeling, forecasting, and workforce analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related technical, quantitative, or business field.
• 5+ years of experience.

Requirements

• Experience in workforce or people analytics, preferably with Oracle HC.
• Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations and executive-level presentations for senior leadership.
