Role Description
As a Programmatic Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing programmatic media campaigns across multiple platforms. You’ll work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure campaign performance aligns with business objectives, using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Set up, manage, and optimize programmatic display, video, native, and CTV campaigns across DSPs (e.g., The Trade Desk, DV360, Xandr, Amazon).
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency, engagement, and ROI.
- Monitor pacing, budgets, and KPIs to ensure optimal campaign execution.
- Conduct A/B testing and audience segmentation to refine targeting and creative strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, account management) to align on campaign goals.
- Generate reports and present key findings to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, ad tech developments, and best practices.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in programmatic media buying, campaign management, or ad operations.
- Hands-on experience with DSPs such as The Trade Desk, DV360, Xandr, or Amazon.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Looker Studio, or other reporting tools.
- Understanding of audience targeting, data management platforms (DMPs), and ad verification tools.
- Experience with ad trafficking, pixel implementation, and troubleshooting campaign issues.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach.
