Role Description

This internship involves assisting with the transition to a new database system.

Assist with recreating forms, user profiles, and workflows in the new database system
Assist with deduping records and cleaning data in the new database
Document changes between the two databases and help create a detailed handbook for internal use
Collaborate with team members to ensure successful data mapping
Provide support and training on new database features for staff as needed

The intern will have an opportunity to present the Migration Handbook as a final deliverable. The Migration Handbook will document the transition between the two databases and map each datapoint from the old database to the new.

Qualifications

Some experience working in NGP VAN products or using MiniVAN
Excellent written communication skills
Ability to work independently across teams
Strong Excel/Google Sheets experience

Requirements

Part-time; 30 hours per week, with flexible hours as needed
Start Date: June 2, 2025
End Date: August 8, 2025
Location: This position will be fully remote

Benefits

Compensation: $18.67/hour
