Role Description
As a Senior Analytics Engineer at Glow25, you will bridge the gap between data engineering and analytics. You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, well-documented data models, ensuring data reliability, and enabling self-service analytics across the company.
- Build and maintain scalable data models to support analytics and reporting needs.
- Develop data products, improve data discoverability, and empower business users with curated datasets.
- Ensure data quality through testing frameworks, validation processes, and documentation.
- Design performant ELT processes and scalable data architectures.
- Monitor data pipelines and infrastructure to ensure smooth operations.
- Partner with analysts and business teams to translate requirements into efficient data models that drive insights.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience as an Analytics Engineer, with some knowledge of Data Engineering or a strong willingness to learn.
- Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with data transformation tools such as dbt.
- Experience with cloud data platforms like BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift.
- Deep understanding of data modeling concepts and efficient dataset structuring.
- Knowledge in data governance, testing, and data quality assurance, including dbt tests and metadata management.
- Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar.
- Familiarity with orchestration tools like Airflow, Dagster, or similar.
