Role Description
This role involves shaping the online shopping experience for our customers. As a Product Manager, you will:
- Work cross-functionally to identify and prioritize high impact opportunities for the website
- Develop a deep understanding of customer behaviors, needs, and pain points
- Take ownership of key performance indicators such as conversion rates, customer retention, and engagement
- Oversee the entire product development cycle, collaborating closely with UI/UX and Engineering
- Help shift the team from a feature-driven approach to an empowered, outcome-focused product culture
- Ensure that the website is a premium, high-end digital touchpoint
Qualifications
- Experience in e-commerce product management
- Strong customer-centric mindset with a focus on user-centered design
- Ability to define vision and priorities while also executing hands-on
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record of improving KPIs through product-led initiatives
- Strong execution skills with a bias toward action
