Role Description

This role involves growing our customer base and forging strategic partnerships for Frends iPaaS in the DACH market.

  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for the DACH region to acquire new customers and build strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales architects and experts to design and present tailored integration solutions.
  • Build and nurture long-term customer relationships, fostering success and advocacy for Frends iPaaS.
  • Drive consistent growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities with team support.
  • Represent Frends at industry events, networking opportunities, and customer meetings to strengthen our presence.

Qualifications

  • Understanding of integration technology, familiarity with SaaS or PaaS solutions, ideally also iPaaS, and curiosity toward technical solutions.
  • 7+ years of proven track record of proactive solution selling SaaS or PaaS solutions to new customers together with a presales support.
  • Strong new business sales orientation and customer-centric thinking.
  • Market knowledge from the DACH region.
  • Adept at identifying and utilizing internal resources to support your sales cycle.
  • Superb listening skills: You must understand and empathize with our customers/prospects' pain points with a solution and value-based mindset.
  • Proactive, strong communication skills, goal-oriented, committed, flexible, and responsible.
  • Enjoying the low hierarchy culture, and most importantly, willing to work in fast-paced situations in a dynamic IT company with an enthusiastic attitude.
  • Fluent/native German and professional English (both verbally and in writing) and living in Germany with a work permit.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales and customer relationship management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with pre-sales and technical teams.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to meet customers and teams and attend events.
