Role Description
This role is ideal for a data (SQL) and finance-savvy analyst with a passion for performance management. It’s all about helping us bring OKRs and Goal setting to life in a measurable and data-rich way.
- Become the master chef of CookUnity's performance metrics by collaborating with analysts and leaders to craft comprehensive frameworks that rationalize metrics.
- Partner with BizOps and the leadership team to pinpoint key results metrics that define success, ensuring they are actionable from day one of the performance cycle.
- Achieve fully automated end-to-end performance reporting from writing SQL in Snowflake to automate the process for updating Key Result reporting across the company.
- Lead the end-to-end investigation into data to uncover compelling performance stories each cycle, collaborating with domain-specific data analysts.
- Identify and pursue your path within CookUnity, whether deepening expertise in data or pivoting to strategy or finance.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years in finance or performance reporting oriented data analyst role
Requirements
- High autonomy in working with stakeholders, data, and presentations (e.g., SQL, Excel/Sheets, and Google Slides)
- High agency and growth mindset
