Role Description

This role involves generating behavioral insights to inform product decisions and enhance user experiences.

Analyze user interactions to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
Work closely with Product teams to ensure insights are actionable and impactful.
Build interactive dashboards and data visualizations in tools like Tableau, empowering stakeholders to explore key metrics independently.
Develop a framework for understanding user behaviors, segmenting customers based on engagement and preferences to drive personalization and growth.
Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance data collection, ensuring comprehensive and high-quality tracking of marketplace behaviors.
Partner with cross-functional teams to proactively identify learning opportunities, guiding product development with data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in a data analytics, insights, or product analytics role.
Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, or similar).
Experience working with product teams to drive data-informed decisions.
High autonomy in collaborating with stakeholders and translating data into business insights.
Growth mindset with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
