Role Description

The Marketing Analytics Lead will be responsible for analyzing marketing data to drive strategic decisions and optimize performance. In partnership with our other Marketing Analytics Lead, you will manage data collection, generate insights, and collaborate with teams to measure marketing effectiveness, ensuring the use of analytics tools to boost ROI and engagement.

This is a full time, remote role reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing Operations.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own the data hygiene for the marketing team, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all data sources to enable effective decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Sales, BI, Engineering, and Marketing Leadership to ensure alignment on data needs, forecasts, and performance metrics critical to achieving KPIs.
  • Own key marketing analytics processes such as weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting, attribution, lead routing, and pipeline analysis to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of marketing performance.
  • Partner with the Business Intelligence (BI) team to set up and maintain tracking mechanisms and dashboards that provide real-time visibility into key marketing metrics.
  • Enable the marketing team to track and report on their own campaign performance, providing tools, training, and support to foster self-sufficiency in data reporting.
  • Execute on marketing analytics initiatives to ensure the right data is collected and interpreted to optimize campaigns and improve lead generation.
  • Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to help inform marketing strategies, improve conversion rates, and maximize ROI.
  • Continuously monitor and improve the integrity and accessibility of marketing data to ensure that teams are equipped with the necessary information to drive results.

What success looks like in this role:

  • Effective execution of marketing analytics initiatives, ensuring timely, data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong collaboration with Sales, Business Intelligence, and Marketing leadership to align on key data, forecasts, and insights needed to achieve KPIs.
  • Delivery of accurate and actionable marketing analytics reports that support strategic business decisions and drive measurable improvements.
  • Proactive identification of trends and opportunities, using data to optimize marketing strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Clear alignment between marketing and sales teams, leading to better-targeted campaigns, higher-quality leads, and maximized ROI.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, with B2B and B2B2C experience
  • Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and Looker, or other analytics tools
  • Strong proficiency in Iterable
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Requirements

  • The target base salary range for this position is $147,140 - $183,930, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits.
  • Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
  • We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
