Role Description
MMRealty is seeking a dedicated and analytical Data Analyst to join our growing team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in collecting, processing, and analyzing vast amounts of data from various sources to help inform our strategies and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Collect and process large volumes of real estate-related data from various sources.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with operational teams to identify data needs and provide analytical support.
- Assist in developing strategies to improve property offerings and client experiences.
- Conduct market research to support property pricing and strategic planning initiatives.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in real estate or finance.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages, such as SQL, Python, or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
