Role Description

The Enterprise Data and Analytics Consultant will support leaders, team members, and administrators to improve internal operations, automate workflows, and enhance visibility for performance activities across the department. This role follows the analytics problem-solving methodology through the project lifecycle, gathers, models, and integrates appropriate data from all systems, conducts analyses, and communicates findings effectively.

• Defines the appropriate problem, identifies the data needed to solve the problem, gathers and transforms the data into the appropriate form.
• Develops high-quality analyses and visualizations and communicates the results and recommendations clearly and competently to partners.
• Ensures timely completion of all analytics projects and builds trusting relationships with partners and stakeholders.
• Maintains appropriate documentation (e.g., processes, analytics design, measure definitions, data integration).
• Follows best practices of data stewardship/data governance including managing metadata and performing quality assurance.
• Follows best practice guidelines set by Enterprise Analytics for each of the 6 technical capabilities.

Qualifications

• Strong client management ability.
• Solid SQL skills; experience with Databricks and Tableau - strongly preferred.
• Project Management experience - preferred.
• Bachelor's degree - Required.

• Planning (Intermediate): Manages multiple projects concurrently and creates project plans while tracking progress.
