Role Description

Business Analyst with Workday and ServiceNow

Location: Remote

Qualifications

• 8+ years applicable senior BA experience in healthcare
• 3-5+ years' Workday – some working knowledge of data internals
• 1-2+ years ServiceNow – ideally with knowledge of the Configuration Management Database and a broad general knowledge of SN modules (HR, PPM etc.)
• Some experience working within a managed service where you could be sent to any BA need the client may have
• Expertise in Business Requirement elicitation, User Story documentation
• Ability to work concurrently on projects and tasks
• Experience working on large scale projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business
• Some experience with project management, ability to manage multiple tasks, strong relationship building skills & communication skills
• Understanding of Indices, fundamentals and analytical data, returns level data
• Proficiency with SQL, Microsoft Excel for data analysis
• Proficiency with Visio for workflow documentation

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate up to date expertise in Information Systems (especially Workday) and apply this to the development, execution and improvement of action plans.
• Strong understanding of Workday functionality (both HCM and Finances), including Workday data structures (tables, data relationships).
• Support and align efforts to meet customer and business needs.
• Manage customer relationships and expectations through effective communication processes.
• Stay current with customer needs and strategies; utilize various communication methods to convey updates and findings.
• Identify, create and facilitate process design changes through business and systems process analysis.
• Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships with key stakeholders.
• Provide project level analysis – producing required project analysis documentation.
• Elicit and clearly document business, functional, non-functional and systems requirements.
• Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements and provide guidance during QA process.
• Identify improvement opportunities and assess business process and system inefficiencies.
• Serve as a liaison between Operations and IT to assist or gather business requirements needed for system modifications.
• Assist with and test implementation for all payer and vendor relationships.
• Develop and execute UAT test plans, and facilitate UAT effort.
• Support system conversions, upgrades, enhancements.
