[Hiring] Databricks Data Architect @The White Team

Role Description

We are seeking a Databricks Data Architect to join a remote project with an approximate duration of 9 months, responsible for:

• Designing and developing data products in Databricks and DBT.
• Delivering hands-on code within an established CI/CD framework.
• Supporting the migration and modernization of treasury-related data solutions.
• Understanding inbound data flows, creating calculations and transformations in DBT.
• Defining scalable data architectures and building robust data products.
• Working closely with business and technical stakeholders.

The consultant will play a key role in two main deliverables:

• Supporting the transfer of a legacy treasury solution from SAC into Databricks, ensuring data integrity, scalability, and alignment with architectural standards.
• Providing architectural support for existing Databricks solutions built on top of a legacy database environment, helping optimize data structures, transformations, and overall platform design.

Previous experience within a Treasury environment is essential, as a solid understanding of treasury concepts, processes, and terminology is required to effectively contribute to the project.

Qualifications

• Certified Engineer (Minimum).
• Minimum experience: 7 to 10 years.
• At least 3 years working with required technologies.
• Strong technical delivery capabilities combined with data architecture expertise.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote international environment.
